1.- Ager Parapent services will be considered hired once you have made the full or partial payment by one of the following means:

a) Card payment on our website through the different platforms available.

b) Deposit in our bank account

c) Payment in cash before the activity

2.- If the client wishes not to pay the full amount in advance, he must pay as reservation the amount of 20 € for each flight that you want to hire. A reservation will not be considered done until such payment is made through the platforms available on our website or by deposit into our bank account.

3.- Once the booking or the full payment for the activity is done, the customer must get in touch with Ager Parapent to specify the day and time for the activity, depending on availability and weather conditions.

4.- Ager Parapent reserves the right to cancel the activity because of weather conditions or for security reasons at any time before the activity is done, in which case, we will try to notify the customer by the contact phone provided to Ager Parapent. In this case a new appointment will be set and it will not give the right to refund or compensation.

Any decision taken by the pilot during the development of the activity in relation to safety must be respected by the client, otherwise, the pilot may cancel the activity.

Activity schedules can be altered by the weather.

In the case of having arranged an appointment with Áger parapent and the client could not attend it, he must communicate us at least 48 hours prior to said appointment. In the event that the customer does not communicate Áger parapent the cancellation of the appointment within that notice period, the customer will lose the right to the refund of the paid amount for the reservation (20€), or have a penalty of 20€ in the case that it has been paid in full or has a gift voucher, which will have to be paid the day you finally come to enjoy the activity.

Ager Parapent does not refund once the purchase or payment of the reservation is done, unless there is a breach by the company of the agreement done with the customer. It is not considered a breach in the following cases: Cancellation due to adverse weather conditions, security situations done solely by the pilot and force majeure. Also they are excluded all those situations that are attributable to the customer, such as dizziness, fear, client wants to  shorten the flight etc…

Our tickets have wide validity period, which allows them to be enjoyed at any time during the 12 months following their acquisition. Tickets can be used by the buyer or any person designated, prior notice to the company.

5.- Ager parapent is not liable for any damage or loss of personal effects of the client, camera, backpack, mobile phone, etc. If the customer still decides to take them, it will be entirely your responsibility. In any case the pilot will decide whether an object which brought by the customer represents a risk for the realization of the activity, in which case the customer must desist taking it, based on the pilot’s instructions.

6.- The participants in the activity acknowledge the fact that the practice of paragliding, like any sporting activity in the natural environment, may involve some physical risk, and assumes this responsibility.

You must also take into account the following conditions:

a) In cases of passengers over 95 kg. or less than 40 kg, the customer must first inform Ager parapent.

b) In the event that the customer suffers any previous injury or illness, you must notice us in advance, in which case Ager parapent reserves the right to cancel the activity and agrees to refund the amount paid by the customer if required. Otherwise Ager Parapent will not be liable for any aggravation.

c) Pregnant women should abandon the practice of this activity, and in this case will be applied the point 6b).

d) The gift tickets generated by Ager Parapent will be valid for 12 months from the completion of the purchase.

e) Payments and reservations done with Ager Parapent shall be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

f) The flight prices do not include transportation from the meeting point to the take off.

g) The activity takes place in the town of Ager (Lleida) from our meeting point located at the Masia Cal Maciarol, camí de l’observatori s / n one must go to the takeoff spot, our usual takeoff spot is in the top of Montsec, at the point called Coll d’Ares. This path is by paved road, although the pilot may choose any other takeoff at our disposal in the area if deemed appropriate and should be noted that some of them are accessible by unpaved track.

Once in the takeoff spot, Ager Parapent will provide to the participant all the equipment necessary for the activity. The whole activity lasts approximately an hour and a half.

h) The participant and his companions agree to be respectful of the natural environment.

i) Ager Parapent has a liability insurance covering accidents and all our activities and complaint forms available to its customers.

j) Minors must be authorized by their parents or guardians and be accompanied by an adult.
